Luc has been Chief of the geotechnical division of the Québec Ministry of Transportation for 20 years.

Jean-Pierre LeBihan (1944-2003)
Technician for Terratech and then for Quéformat, Jean-Pierre has also been researcher at Sherbrooke and Laval Universities.

François Tavenas (1942-2004)
Professor at Laval University, François has also acted successively as Vice-rector at McGill University, as Rector at Laval University and then as Rector at Luxembourg University.
