1. Terms and agreements
Articles presented at the conference and found on the present CD were accepted based on a short summary and there has been no examination nor formal revision of the articles in their final version. The organizing committee for the conference, the members of the technical committee and the editors are not responsible for the content of the articles, particularly : the meaning of the text or the language quality have not been revised; tables and figures are as supplied by the authors.
ALL AUTHORS HAVE ACCEPTED THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS :
If this paper is selected for presentation at the 57th Canadian Geotechnical Conference – 5rd Joint CGS-IAH Groundwater Specialty Conference ("Conference”), I (we) grant and assign the Conference the right to publish the resulting paper prepared for the proceedings of the Conference. I (we) grant permission to the Conference to print out copies of this paper provided that the title and authors of the paper appear on the copies. I (we) guarantee that I (we) are the sole proprietor(s) of the work and I (we) have the power to make this agreement, the work does not infringe on the copyright or proprietary right of any other person, and the work contains no libelous or other unlawful matter and makes no improper invasion of the privacy of any other person. I (we) understand those who present papers at the Conference must register for the Conference and pay the registration fee. I (we) also understand I (we) will not be paid any honorarium or fee for the presentation or its preparation, nor I (we) be reimbursed for travel or any other expenses incurred. As corresponding author I have the permission and approval of my co-authors to sign this Release, Declaration and Understanding form.
